Welcome to Nature Kingdom Tours. These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, tours, travel services, accommodations, transportation arrangements, activities, and related services provided by Nature Kingdom Tours ("Nature Kingdom Tours," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing our website, making a booking, or participating in any service provided by Nature Kingdom Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. ABOUT NATURE KINGDOM TOURS

Nature Kingdom Tours is a Sri Lanka-based tour operator specializing in tailor-made travel experiences, private tours, wildlife adventures, cultural journeys, nature excursions, beach holidays, and related tourism services.

Our services may include:

Accommodation arrangements
Transportation services

2. BOOKING CONFIRMATION

A booking is considered confirmed only when:

Required traveler information has been provided.
Any applicable deposit or payment has been received.
Written confirmation has been issued by Nature Kingdom Tours.

The person making the booking confirms that they have authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all travelers included in the reservation.

3. PRICES AND QUOTATIONS

All quotations are subject to availability and may be revised prior to booking confirmation.

Prices are based on:

Supplier rates
Transportation costs
Accommodation costs
Government taxes and fees
Operational expenses

Nature Kingdom Tours reserves the right to adjust quotations before confirmation where necessary due to factors beyond our control.

Once a booking has been confirmed and payment accepted, the agreed price will generally remain unchanged unless required by law or government regulation.

4. PAYMENTS

Payment requirements and deadlines will be specified during the booking process or within the booking confirmation.

Failure to make payments by the specified due dates may result in cancellation of services.

All bank charges, transfer fees, payment processing charges, and currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the traveler.

5. CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

Requests to amend confirmed bookings must be submitted in writing.

Any amendment is subject to:

Availability
Supplier approval
Additional operational costs
Applicable supplier charges

Nature Kingdom Tours cannot guarantee that requested changes can be accommodated.

6. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess all required travel documentation, including:

Valid passports
Entry visas
Health certificates
Vaccination records
Travel permits
Any other documentation required by relevant authorities

Nature Kingdom Tours accepts no responsibility for costs, delays, denied entry, or travel disruptions resulting from inadequate documentation or failure to comply with immigration requirements.

7. HEALTH, FITNESS AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and medically fit to participate in their selected itinerary and activities.

Any relevant information regarding:

Medical conditions
Allergies
Dietary requirements
Disabilities
Mobility limitations
Pregnancy

should be disclosed before booking.

Nature Kingdom Tours reserves the right to decline participation in activities where health or safety concerns may reasonably arise.

8. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

Travel insurance should ideally include coverage for:

Medical expenses
Emergency evacuation
Personal accident
Trip cancellation
Travel delays
Loss of personal belongings
Personal liability

Nature Kingdom Tours shall not be responsible for losses that could reasonably have been covered by travel insurance.

9. ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORTATION

Accommodation descriptions, photographs, ratings, and facilities are based on information provided by suppliers.

Nature Kingdom Tours reserves the right to substitute accommodations, transportation, or services with alternatives of comparable standard where circumstances require.

Vehicle types may vary depending on operational requirements, group size, route conditions, and availability.

10. WILDLIFE, NATURE AND ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES

Nature Kingdom Tours specializes in nature-based tourism and wildlife experiences.

Travelers acknowledge that:

Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
Natural conditions are unpredictable.
Outdoor activities carry inherent risks.

Activities such as safaris, trekking, hiking, birdwatching, water-based activities, and nature excursions involve varying levels of physical activity and environmental exposure.

Participation is entirely voluntary and at the traveler's own risk.

Travelers must follow all instructions provided by guides, rangers, drivers, and relevant authorities.

11. RESPONSIBLE TOURISM

Nature Kingdom Tours is committed to sustainable and responsible tourism.

Travelers agree to:

Respect local communities and cultures.
Respect wildlife and natural habitats.
Follow national park regulations.
Dispose of waste responsibly.
Avoid damaging cultural, archaeological, or environmental resources.
Follow responsible tourism practices throughout the tour.

Any conduct harmful to people, wildlife, property, or the environment may result in removal from the tour without refund.

12. CHILDREN AND MINORS

Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety, supervision, and conduct of minors throughout the tour.

13. TRAVELER CONDUCT

All travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward:

Fellow travelers
Local communities
Nature Kingdom Tours staff
Service providers
Wildlife and the environment

Nature Kingdom Tours reserves the right to refuse service or remove any traveler whose conduct is considered unsafe, disruptive, abusive, unlawful, or detrimental to the enjoyment or safety of others.

14. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA

Photographs and videos may occasionally be taken during tours for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.

Travelers who do not wish to appear in such materials should notify Nature Kingdom Tours in writing prior to the commencement of travel.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

Nature Kingdom Tours shall not be liable for any delay, modification, interruption, or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Severe weather conditions
Floods
Landslides
Epidemics or pandemics
Government restrictions
Political unrest
Civil disturbances
Transportation disruptions
Border closures
Acts of terrorism
Other force majeure events

In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives where possible.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nature Kingdom Tours acts as a tour operator and, where applicable, as an intermediary for accommodations, transportation providers, guides, activity operators, and other third-party suppliers.

While we exercise reasonable care in selecting service providers, we cannot be held responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, or failures of third-party suppliers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nature Kingdom Tours shall not be liable for:

Personal injury
Illness
Property loss or damage
Travel delays
Missed connections
Service interruptions
Consequential or indirect losses
Events beyond our reasonable control

Any liability of Nature Kingdom Tours shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Nature Kingdom Tours for the affected service.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on the Nature Kingdom Tours website, including text, logos, graphics, images, videos, tour descriptions, branding, and marketing materials, remains the property of Nature Kingdom Tours unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of such content is prohibited without prior written consent.
