Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Nature Kingdom Tours, we understand that travel plans may occasionally change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, amendments, refunds, and related charges for all tours and travel services booked through Nature Kingdom Tours ("Nature Kingdom Tours", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By confirming a booking with Nature Kingdom Tours, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. CANCELLATION BY THE TRAVELER

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Nature Kingdom Tours.

The effective cancellation date shall be the date on which the written cancellation request is received.

The following cancellation charges shall apply:

Refund Schedule
21–14 days before tour commencement: 100% refund.
13–7 days before tour commencement: 80% refund.
6–1 day before tour commencement: 75% refund.
No-show or cancellation on the tour start date: No refund.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Regardless of the cancellation period, the following items may be non-refundable if already purchased, confirmed, or paid to third-party suppliers:

Hotel deposits
Airline tickets
Train tickets
Entrance tickets
National park permits
Safari permits
Visa processing fees
Government charges
Special event tickets
Adventure activity reservations
Customized arrangements made specifically for the traveler

These costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.

3. NO-SHOW POLICY

If a traveler fails to arrive at the designated departure location, accommodation, airport transfer, activity, or tour commencement point without prior notice:

The booking will be treated as a "No-Show".
No refund will be provided.
Unused services will be forfeited.

4. UNUSED SERVICES

No refunds will be provided for:

Missed tours
Missed transfers
Late arrivals
Early departures
Voluntary withdrawal from activities
Unused accommodation nights
Unused meals
Unused transportation services
Any services not utilized by the traveler

after travel has commenced.

5. BOOKING AMENDMENTS

Requests to change travel dates, accommodation, itineraries, activities, or passenger details must be submitted in writing.

Amendments are subject to:

Availability
Supplier approval
Seasonal price differences
Administrative costs
Additional operational expenses

Nature Kingdom Tours reserves the right to charge reasonable amendment fees where applicable.

6. CANCELLATION BY NATURE KINGDOM TOURS

Nature Kingdom Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour or service due to:

Operational requirements
Safety concerns
Supplier failure
Insufficient participation
Government restrictions
Force majeure events

Where cancellation occurs before travel commences, Nature Kingdom Tours will provide one of the following:

An alternative travel arrangement of comparable value; or
A travel credit; or
A refund of amounts paid directly to Nature Kingdom Tours for affected services.

This refund shall constitute the full extent of Nature Kingdom Tours' liability.

7. FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS

No refunds, compensation, or liability shall arise where cancellations, interruptions, delays, or modifications are caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Nature Kingdom Tours, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Floods
Landslides
Severe weather
Pandemics
Epidemics
Government restrictions
Political unrest
Civil disturbances
Border closures
Acts of terrorism
Transportation disruptions
Utility failures
Acts of God

In such circumstances, Nature Kingdom Tours will make reasonable efforts to assist travelers and recover refundable amounts from suppliers where possible.

However, refunds remain subject to the policies of third-party service providers.

8. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on:

Banks
Payment gateways
Credit card providers
Financial institutions

Typical processing times range between 14 and 45 business days.

Nature Kingdom Tours shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

9. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Nature Kingdom Tours strongly recommends that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

Trip cancellation
Medical emergencies
Travel delays
Personal accident
Lost baggage
Supplier insolvency
Force majeure-related disruptions

Travel insurance may provide coverage for cancellation charges that are otherwise non-refundable under this Policy.

10. SPECIAL PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTED BOOKINGS

Promotional offers, discounted packages, last-minute deals, special event tours, and customized private tours may be subject to separate cancellation terms.

Where specific cancellation conditions apply, such conditions will be communicated at the time of booking and shall prevail over this Policy.

11. REFUND EXCLUSIONS

Nature Kingdom Tours shall not be liable for reimbursement of:

Airline penalties
Visa expenses
Passport costs
Vaccination expenses
Currency exchange losses
Bank charges
Credit card charges
Personal expenses
Travel insurance premiums
Independent travel arrangements not booked through Nature Kingdom Tours

unless expressly required by law.

12. POLICY CHANGES

Nature Kingdom Tours reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

The latest version will always be available on our website.
