Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nature Kingdom Tours, we strive to provide flexibility while ensuring fair arrangements with our travel partners and service providers.

Cancellation by Traveler

  • More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund, excluding payment processing and administrative fees.
  • 15–30 days before arrival: 75% refund of the total tour cost.
  • 7–14 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
  • Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund.

No-Show Policy

No refunds shall be provided for no-shows, unused services, missed activities, late arrivals, or early departures.

Cancellation by Nature Kingdom Tours

If Nature Kingdom Tours is unable to operate a confirmed tour due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered an alternative arrangement, travel credit, or a full refund of payments received.

Force Majeure

No refunds shall be payable for cancellations, interruptions, or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, strikes, adverse weather conditions, or transportation disruptions.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 7–21 business days depending on banking and payment provider procedures.

Tour Modifications

Any traveler-requested changes to confirmed bookings may incur additional charges based on supplier policies and operational costs.
