Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment and written confirmation from Nature Kingdom Tours.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. The final price confirmed at the time of booking shall remain valid unless changes are requested by the traveler.

Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccination certificates, and any other documentation required for entry into Sri Lanka or other destinations.

Changes to Itineraries

Nature Kingdom Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or activities due to weather conditions, government regulations, safety concerns, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

Traveler Responsibilities

Guests are expected to comply with local laws, customs, safety instructions, and the guidance provided by tour representatives. Any costs arising from non-compliance shall be the responsibility of the traveler.

Limitation of Liability

Nature Kingdom Tours acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers, including hotels, transport operators, and activity providers. We shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, damages, natural disasters, political disturbances, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, remains the property of Nature Kingdom Tours and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
